Eagle is the highest rank in the Boy Scouts program. Becoming an Eagle Scout is an honor that stays with you for life. Earning the rank requires discipline and perserverence over a period of years.
Requirements for All Ranks - Requirements are printed in your Boy Scout Handbook, and that is where you get your completions signed off, as well as in Scoutbook. Some requirements are revised on occasion.
Eagle Project Workbook - This is the required form for planning and obtaining advance approval for your project.
Age Guidelines for Tool Use and Work at Elevations or Excavations - New in 2012, this guideline provides really restrictive limits on use of tools by youth. Be sure to take these into account in selecting and planning your project.
Troop Participation Requirement - Be sure your six months of active participation count by understanding the troop definition of active participation.
