Joshua Froimson Joshua C. Froimson has been Scoutmaster of Troop 54 since January 2008. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 54 from May 2006 to January 2008. He also serves as Webmaster for the Troop. In Cub Scouts, Mr. Froimson was Committee Chair of Pack 54 from June 2012 until its demise during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, having co-founded the unit in March 2012. He also served as Webmaster of that unit and for a few years served as its Popcorn Kernel. From September 2003 to February 2008, Mr. Froimson held a variety of positions in Pack 91, including Committee Chair, Webmaster, Den Leader and Popcorn Kernel (overlapping). Mr. Froimson is a Brotherhood member of Catamount Lodge of the Order of the Arrow. From 2011 to 2014, he served Pachachaug Lodge at various times as Camping Promotions Committee Advisor and Webmaster. Mr. Froimson has received a number of Scouting awards, including:
Mr. Froimson's sons were youth members of Pack 91 and then Troop 54 and Pachachaug Lodge. Kevin A. Froimson attained the rank of Eagle Scout in 2015, and Timothy D. Froimson attained the rank in 2012. As a youth, Mr. Froimson was a member of Pack 264 and Troop 329, both in Theodore Roosevelt Council (now part of Grand Canyon Council) in Phoenix , Arizona. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout in 1978. Troop 329 called itself "the backpacking troop". Professionally, Mr. Froimson is a chemical engineer. He works at AbbVie as Manager of Business Excellence. |
