We baked 42 pies this year, all were fruit (apple, blueberry and cherry). We delivered 50% of the pies each to Friendly House and to the Veteran's Shelter the next day. Pie fillings were donated by the troop members, pie boxes were donated by Crowne Bakery and the troop paid for ready-to-bake pie crusts. |
