All Faiths Cemetery & Crematory
Event Description
For our fourth year, Troop 54 will provide the color guard for the annual Memorial Day remembrance at All Faiths Cemetery 1.
Troop 54 has a couple of connections with this organization: We are chartered by Epworth United Methodist Church, which was originally a church for Swedish immigrants and descendants. Some members of the board of Swedish Cemetery Corporation have been members of Epworth UMC. Also, for years, Troop 54 has placed flags on the graves of soldiers in the Old Swedish Cemetery, which is near All Faiths and is owned by the same organization.
Scouts need to be in full Class A Uniform.

Park close to the entrance of the cemetary. We will meet at the pavillion in the center of the cemetery.
The cemetery will advise by 8 AM that morning if the ceremony is cancelled due to rain. We wil relay this notice to the Troop via text message immediately after receiving it. Otherwise, the ceremony is expected to take place as scheduled.
1 There was no ceremony in 2016 or 2017, due to rain forecast for those days.
