Travel
Note the earlier-than-usual departure for this trip.
- We will meet at the Epworth United Methodist Church parking lot at 5:30 PM Friday where we will
pack personal gear into the trailer for departure at 5:45 PM. Only the participating adults will drive to the event.
- Travel to Fort Adams
is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes from Epworth United Methodist Church, and we have to arrive
before the end of the check-in window of 8:30 PM. As a result, we must leave on-time.
- We estimate a return to the church in the range of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. The exit logistics involve units loading
out in sequence. We will call family members as our timing becomes more clear.
